The Kingdom of Heyr acknowledges that, due to the geographical realities of our homeland, we do not possess access to surrounding seas, rivers, or navigable waterways. Our territory contains only two small bodies of water—a fish pond and a frog pond—which, while valued parts of our natural environment, are not sufficient to sustain or operate a functional naval force.

As a result, the Kingdom cannot maintain a physical navy in the traditional sense. Nevertheless, the concept of a Heyrian Navy remains preserved in a ceremonial and symbolic capacity. This fictional naval institution serves as a cultural and historical expression of our national identity, representing the spirit of exploration, defense, and maritime tradition that many nations hold dear. Though symbolic, the Heyrian Navy stands as a reminder of our commitment to creativity, national pride, and the imaginative heritage shared by many micronations.

The Royal Government affirms that the absence of a physical navy does not diminish the sovereignty, dignity, or defensive readiness of the Kingdom of Heyr. Our security, alliances, and diplomatic posture are maintained through other means, including our participation in the North Alliance Act and our cooperation with fellow micronations. The Kingdom remains fully capable of upholding its responsibilities, defending its interests, and contributing to collective peace and stability within the international micronational community.

The Crown of Heyr expresses its appreciation for the traditions of maritime nations while embracing the unique characteristics of our own landlocked realm. Our fictional navy shall continue to exist as a symbol of national unity, cultural expression, and the enduring imagination of the Heyrian people.
