Declaration of Sovereignty of the Kingdom of Heyr
The Kingdom of Heyr stands as a sovereign and independent state, having exercised full national authority since 2023. As a sovereign kingdom, Heyr is entitled to all rights recognized under international law, including participation in international organizations and the establishment of diplomatic relations with other states. The Kingdom maintains normal and peaceful relations with every nation except the United States, Iran, and Israel.
Under the principles of the North Alliance Act, all micronations—large or small—are bound to uphold peace among one another. The Act establishes that all 31 member nations must maintain peaceful relations, and that any nation violating this peace may be met with collective defensive action by the remaining members. This alliance functions as a miniature counterpart to NATO, having invoked collective response only three times in its history. The Kingdom of Heyr fully abides by and supports the principles of the North Alliance Act.
